JVA is a full-service event planner specializing in non-profit and corporate events.  JVA’s sales team is available to generate sponsorship and ad journal sales for all types of events.

Our event planning & coordination services include:

• Budget development and tracking
• Theme development
• Site selection
• Contact negotiations & coordinating bid process for vendors
• Secure insurance coverage as needed for event
• Provide search for artwork that compliments the theme
• Work with Graphic Designer to create promotional items for the event
• Creating and distributing “Save the Dates”
• Coordinate invitation, souvenir/dinner journal programs
• Signage
• Facilitate mailings and follow-up calls for invites
• Response coordination and seating plans
• Ongoing coordination of tents, party rental services with supply firm(s)
• Coordinate entertainment, photography, audio-visual needs
• Apply for license, permits as needed
• Order centerpieces, party favors, etc. complimenting theme
• Coordinate give-a-way/gift bags and favors
• Staffing and registration
• Coordinate and schedule adjunct events to compliment main event
• Coordinate transportation for all phases of the event and its adjunct events
• Order awards as needed
• Provide post event evaluation
