journal sales for all types of events.
Our event planning & coordination services include:
- Budget development and tracking
- Theme development
- Site selection
- Contact negotiations & coordinating bid process for vendors
- Secure insurance coverage as needed for event
- Provide search for artwork that compliments the theme
- Work with Graphic Designer to create promotional items for the event
- Creating and distributing “Save the Dates”
- Coordinate invitation, souvenir/dinner journal programs
- Signage
- Facilitate mailings and follow-up calls for invites
- Response coordination and seating plans
- Ongoing coordination of tents, party rental services with supply firm(s)
- Coordinate entertainment, photography, audio-visual needs
- Apply for license, permits as needed
- Order centerpieces, party favors, etc. complimenting theme
- Coordinate give-a-way/gift bags and favors
- Staffing and registration
- Coordinate and schedule adjunct events to compliment main event
- Coordinate transportation for all phases of the event and its adjunct events
- Order awards as needed
- Provide post event evaluation
